Bought a excavator from them, Was told it would have a full inspection completed, cleaned, serviced and all issues fixed before being delivered. Delivery date was agreed to be 6/15/26! Machine wasn’t delivered until 6/17/26 and when it was delivered it was not safely useable due to having the wrong bucket pin and the main pin thumb was missing a retaining bolts. They came out and fixed that issue but I lost a complete day of work not to mention a list of other stuff wasn’t fixed, it wasn’t cleaned nor serviced as promised. 6... read more
