Showed up to pick up an UTV. They couldn't find paperwork for it. I had to email the broker to get the bol so they could print it. Pulled around like any other rental place and waited in the loading area for them to bring it to me. Went back in and they said oh you got to go find it. Drove around their lot three times until a nice gentleman finally helped me. Only reason they're getting two stars. Fix your process!
I've Been arguing with them since October about my bill being higher than what it should be, and what I was told it would be.I've been told they will give me a phone call back and still nothing.It's been months I guess I'll have to come down there and talk to someone face to face to get this bill resolved , because clearly calling and emailing isn't working.
