New service manager can’t handle the job thinks he is better than what he really is. GM and Service Manager are two peas in a pod. There equipment comes back off rent and get washed and put back out on line without checking it then goes to the customer and has to be worked on at customer site good way to do business let the customer rent equipment to get worked on.
