Had an emergency job, was told I could have same day processing. Completed necessary paperwork/documentation. Was told it would be taken care of. The day of the job rolls around, called to speak to my rep to confirm this was ready to go. He stated, "When it is handled, Ill call!" and immediately hung up on me. Awful customer service. Full of over promises and under delivery with a terrible attitude.
