This place has a lot of great equipment but the leadership from "Tracy" is absolutely horrible. The way that she talks to her employees will keep me and my business from ever renting a thing from equipment share. She is single handedly ruining a great branch and has totally ruined the moral of a once great location for quality equipment and service. I can't believe the company is letting this happen.
