Most unprofessional and unorganized as any place I've ever witnessed.
BEWARE VERY DISHONEST on their billing. When their math doesn't make sense or add up at all, they just tell you that's the bill and you must pay. We rented a machine for three weeks and they initially charged us for 5 weeks because they didn't pick it up for two weeks after being called. They then still fought with us about the billing for literally 6 months. When they decided we were right to only be charged for a monthly rental (because that's cheaper than charging by the week) they sent over an invoice that was still over... read more
