Dint lie to customers! Call center rep lied directly to me twice. First she stated that she was connecting me to the store. She did not. She stated the store didn’t have what I was looking for, I asked if the someone from the store may know of another vendor that could potentially have one and she immediately said they don’t unfortunately (knowing full well she didn’t ask).
