Stop denying truck drivers the use of your restroom. It is unprofessional and unreasonable to make a truck driver hold themselves while being loaded/unloaded at your facility. Drove over 700 miles for this company as an outside carrier/driver with my own MC owner operator. I am professional and courtesy and arrived on time. I check in, ask to use the restroom and was told verbatim "not open to the public" by the lady up front who was almost smug about it. Not sorry nothing. I find the sign out front to be comical btw.
