Great people. Arkoma has a guy they call Bear. He loaded me in Wichita. Has to be the Nicest person and a hard worker. Great people all around I have been to many locations picking up and delivering always a good experience.
I can't seem to ever get anybody on the phone. Theres never been a time I called hastle free. Every other location is extremely prompt to lease out the equipment. I think I'd have better luck calling the President.
They wanted to do a credit check on a 1 day rental of a mini-X. No thx, I went to Cat and got it without the hassle.
Wonderful agency and group of individuals. They are so helpful!!!
