Spokane Washington, but for equipment share the business failed me. Unprofessional customer service and blacklisted after 3 years as a loyal customer I was originally referred to this business by a family friend and built a relationship renting equipment from them for 3 years. Unfortunately, their customer service has completely deteriorated. Last fall, I rented 4 machines for my business. I have received the most amazing service from EquipmentShare. Jesus a technician there recently serviced my backhoe. He noticed and brought tonmy attention things I was unaware of, he was so contentious and honest. Every aspect was clean, tidy, professional. Just refreshing to experience this level of service again.
It was 112 degrees and the Manager was still nice. Service manager Tim was nice too. Big place with a brand new building.
