What a Joke! They will not sell me a $70,000 Loader machine because I don’t live in their area. My dealer won’t have any machines until next year. Can’t do a dealer to dealer transfer either. It’s not like I live in another state. I’m only 2hr. away. I want to buy excavator too. I will definitely be looking at other machines if this is how Takechi treats their customers. If this was my sales team, I’d be extremely disappointed in them. Who passes up $70,000 buyer beware.
Horrible place to do business with. Their equipment is in Horrible condition. and if it breaks due to equipment failure, they claim it's operator negligence. Don't waste your time paying for rental protection. There's no such thing! This company is a joke. They get away with changing for Repairs regardless of the situation because they have attorneys on staff. You can't find attorney to fight if your just a small business.
