Awful place. They act like everything is all good and squared away when you call them, but when you show up they don't even have the right machine. They wont make it right. A joke of customer service. Go to A1 instead.
What a Joke! They will not sell me a $70,000 Loader machine because I don’t live in their area. My dealer won’t have any machines until next year. Can’t do a dealer to dealer transfer either. It’s not like I live in another state. I’m only 2hr. away. I want to buy excavator too. I will definitely be looking at other machines if this is how Takechi treats their customers. If this was my sales team, I’d be extremely disappointed in them. Who passes up $70,000 buyer beware.
