I did not rent anything from this company. But while on vacation we had a flat tire. We were at a gas station. Ryan, an employee, was kind enough to pull his truck over and pump it back up for us. It got us to a tire center a mile away. Would not accept anything in return. Small acts of kindness that make the world go around!
Their online system took a reservation for equipment pickup on a Saturday. They sent a confirmation email asking for further info. And then they turned out not to be open on Saturday. When I complained, I got a confused reaction from the general manager and a dodge by the sales manager who explained that her confirmation email "did not guarantee the order." These guys are outstanding
Great people to deal with. Equipment is in good shape cause they don't rent to just anybody who walks in off the street. If you're a contractor, this is the place to go.
