Equipmentfacts allows the auctioneers that host on their website to keep long term customers' account hostage and suspended AFTER PAYMENT IS MADE. I have spent over $400,000 last 24 months through their portal, but no more. If they cannot unsuspend an account after payment is made, and will allow an auctioneer to hold an account hostage, then this is not a trustworthy auction house I want to spend money with. I will take my hard earned money to Ritchie Bros, Proxibid, and Taylor Martin!
The website process is lousy. If you are not watching the auction live, it is next to impossible to know if you won an item until hours (sometimes days) after the bidding ended when they send you an invoice (only if you won). It is a very frustrating process. Proxibid has a much better online bidding system, as do several other online auction sites.
One time the auctioneer posted false advertisement they cheating me 88.000 miles discrepancy, they didn’t help nothing the other auctioneer the same thing false advertisement the engine is broken they sold me as is they didn’t post on the description engine light on the dashboard so very sad situation EquipmentFacts they didn’t help me any thing so don’t believe online advertisement please be carful.
BEWARE- Why pay more? You will pay a premium more then most Auctions despite representatives telling you they have less premiums then all other auctions they have more and charges and caps that add up even more then Proxy. I emailed and got a response that it wasn't possible and they would look into but never heard back. Check out other auctions, Proxy, Auction Time advertising the same thing for less.
