First time customer. Spoke to a guy name Joe, he was EXTREMELY RUDE! Based on other reviews I think this is normal behavior and upper management is allowing him to continue doing this to customers without consequences. I ask to speak with Owner Rodney to address concerns. No answer
SO RUDE! and not to mention Unhelpful! Joe needs to go! and ESD did not get the sale! Multiple phone calls unreturned .when he finally did his sarcastic defenses of not returning my calls got verbally aggressive. and short on patience of my minimal product knowledge. When I was questioning the process, employee Joe HUNG UP ON ME! again, no company needs an employee who treats business like Joe does.
Amazing customer service! I broke the key into the lockbox and have multiple machines with the same key but only had ONE key.. 🫣 I called them and Joe was very helpful with my little/big issue. Thanks so much for all your help! 🙏🏻
