Had a Robinair 34788 in the shop for an issue about it intermittently turning off. Brought into Equipment Sales Group for diagnostic. Left it with them a few days, got a call back saying "it's done, come pick it up when you can". I was requested to pay first my bill first before anyone explained to me what was wrong with my machine.
