This place is horrible - the receptionist is incompetent, highly unprofessional and incapable of relaying information - she is causing the business to lose out on money
Troy, Nancy, Deanna, and Vic are fantastic to work with. Equipment Resource customer service is second to none! I highly recommend them if you are in the market for equipment!
I came across one of their Facebook Marketplace posts for a piece of equipment. I received a phone call from Deanna shortly afterward. From the first time seeing the machinery to signing the paperwork, the whole sale was seamless. Troy and Deanna are awesome to work with. I definitely will be purchasing from them again!
Purchased a wood chipper, Troy and staff were helpful and friendly. The yard staff set up a demonstration for me to operate the machine before purchase. Would recommend.
Just purchased a skid steer and brush mower for our construction company from Equipment Resource. We worked with them to finance the skid steer, they were very helpful, efficient and went above and beyond with the deal. 10/10 experience and I would highly recommend this company!
