Made a U-Haul pickup reservation several days ago for 24 hour pickup. On the U-Haul website it shows as confirmed. We arrived Sunday morning for our 10:00 AM pickup and of course the gates were closed which was expected as they’re closed on weekends but we arrived with the expectation that we’d be able to use the mobile app for pickup.
