Great people! I dont normally leave reviews but i felt I needed to speak up about this company. I recieved a gasket that was damaged in shipping. MR. Marc Smith promptly sent me another to replace it. NO CHARGE! I have to say it is refreshing to see there are still dealers / people who step up and do the right thing.
Ive got an older 1982 allis chalmers 715 backhoe. Been tryin to find parts having a hard time so i emailed eps and got a prompt response from Marc Smith. Marc is highly knowledgeable and hugely helpful. I was able to send pictures of internal trans parts and he sent me links to each part. Also the shuttle rebuild kit was much cheaper from eps and unlike some other suppliers theirs had every gasket needed for the entire r&r and rebuild.
