Encountered some shortfalls initially, that admittedly caused lots of frustration. Giving any business a chance before a negative review, I spoke with the owner. Incredibly impressed with the customer service, and proactive resolve that followed. Management and Owners are often unaware of customers poor front end experiences. Once aware, Equipment Express went over and above! Impressed and appreciative.

Very expensive and absolutly no real knowledge behind the desk. Called looking for a pretty standard part, the arbor spacer ring for using a 1" on a 7/8" saw. Kept asking for a part number and needing a model number for the saw. This is the frustrating part of equity in employment. I want a grumpy little old man to deal with, someone who doesnt need answers for blank boxes on his screen. Someone who just knows what you need from the description you gave. Unfortunately poor service. Three times I have now taken equipment in for service/repair and all have been at least 2 weeks for return. Excuse is same every time… “it’s busy season”. That excuse only goes so far when all three extended repair/service times have been different seasons. Equipment always comes back with a quality repair but the service times are beyond why should be expected for $ charged.

Consistently poor customer service instead of having kids run the show. There should be some adults there to supervise them every time I have used this place, which is many times over the past few years I leave disappointed. Regrettably it’s the only show in town

I took my lawn mower in to get fixed, and of course it was busy season being the spring. Without going into all the details, some things were not communicated and instead of leaving an unhappy customer, they made everything right and then some. I highly recommend this company, they put people first..... rare these days.
