I visited store many times these guys are awesome specially Garry . He provide the customer service .
Called the store and spoke to Trevor about my thoughts on buying a snow blower. He was so helpful and took the time needed to break down the understanding of how they work with wind speed and newton forces. He's a super nice guy and they sell top notch equipment. Definitely best prices in town. Better than big box stores. I'll be returning to upgrade my snow blower next year for my business. Thanks again Trevor. You're a gem!
Equipment Express went out of their way to generously help out the Renfrew Community Association with their outdoor rink snow-removal needs. Everyone at the store was kind, and most helpful. And lowest price in town!!
My husband brought two chainsaws in for minor work. We were told they would be done in 2 weeks but most likely quicker as neither were a big job. We didn’t get either back for nearly 4 weeks. Absolutely ridiculous.
For Husqvarna, go somewhere else.
