Updated review : They tried to sort things out from the bad experience I had. I do give them props for that. Their prices are still very high for me. Since they tried to make things right I raised my rating from a 2 star to 4 star
Extremely unprofessional and lacking in empathy. They failed to follow through on their commitments. We rented a forklift that was leaking fluid. They sent an unqualified tech to fix it, and the problem returned immediately. Despite promising a replacement, they sent the same tech again, who left a huge spill in our driveway and claimed it was fixed. It wasn't. We had to use the faulty forklift as we were moving facilities over the weekend. They promised to make it right by sending a "power washing crew" to clean our floors ... read more
