Equipment Depot has terrible service. You can literally hear the how annoyed the staff is over the phone. Multiple calls are needed to get a straight answer. You can even expect to get disconnected.
This company started doing our forklift service last summer and has been an excellent service provider. Their service has been prompt and the cost has been fair. They provide us with all our service, parts, and rental requirements as we have peak times which require more forklifts than we want to own. The best way find out if they are as good as our experience is to try them out. We highly recommend using them.
