As a business owner, I understand the importance of fair and honest billing and this company did not meet that standard. The charges for services or lack of in this incident were Much higher than expected and felt excessive since no work was performed. Unfortunately, when I tried to address this issue, there was very little willingness to resolve it or explain the pricing clearly. I have been a customer since 2002. So I went in to pick up some filters for a TN65. I waited in line, with no one in front of me, for 30 minutes. Two sales/parts people were "helping" one guy find a module. The other sales person was trying to find the part on the computer that couldntnt be found. No one said a word or even acknowledged my existence. While other staff wondered through the building, no one asked if they could assist me. Terrible business model if your counting on sales.

I couldn't say more about the efficiency and attention to detail that Mary Wagner a rental coordinator with Equipment Depot, has shown me. Ive tried several other rental firms in my area. Now, when I need equipment quickly, and for a reasonable price, the only call I make is to Mary.
