So I went in to pick up some filters for a TN65. I waited in line, with no one in front of me, for 30 minutes. Two sales/parts people were "helping" one guy find a module. The other sales person was trying to find the part on the computer that couldntnt be found. No one said a word or even acknowledged my existence. While other staff wondered through the building, no one asked if they could assist me. Terrible business model if your counting on sales.
I couldn't say more about the efficiency and attention to detail that Mary Wagner a rental coordinator with Equipment Depot, has shown me. Ive tried several other rental firms in my area. Now, when I need equipment quickly, and for a reasonable price, the only call I make is to Mary.
STAY AWAY!! Save yourself the headache of having to deal with this “business”. I can’t believe how they choose to run this company & treat their customers! Tons of broken promises & lies! Trust me & take your business elsewhere.
