I made the appointment over the internet booked and was communicated as reminders, twice which I like. The service I received at the desk was polite, the waiting room had a tv with a great show on ( mod squad). everyone who works there who passed me smiled and acknowledged me. Time wise as expected. I feel I have a safe mechanic to go to now.
