I bought my first tractor from Luc and the service was incredible right from the first communication to the delivery, he truly goes above and beyond. The bobcat he helped me choose with a front mount snowblower and cab will be a huge asset to my business here in Northern Ontario, and I feel huge peace of mind with this decision. We had a frustrating experience with this dealership’s service department. I took my tractor in for what seemed like a straightforward repair of four broken bolts and two hoses. Unfortunately, I found their communication around pricing to be unclear and inconsistent. Despite waiting a week, I couldn’t get a clear estimate.
