Do not sell them your equipment!! I swapped a number items from my gym for a new curved treadmill. It took 9 months to recieve it and when it turned up it was used, with faulty wiring, damage to frame and rust. For 9 months they lied about delivery dates and when I asked for a tracking number I called delivery company who told me they didn't even have the item. Ordered 2 pieces of equipment in August failed to contact me to say whether the equipment was in for me to collect. Apologised and offered to deliver. failed to deliver apologised again and promised to deliver but failed to do so again. Asked for a refund and despite numerous attempts to get my money back I am still waiting. Extremely disappointed with what is a local company who I wanted to support over other more established suppliers, more fool me!!
