Emily at the Edwardstown office yesterday was BRILLIANT! I only spoke to her on the phone but she was friendly and professional, glad she knows that those aren't mutually exclusive. Was looking for a Limbo Leg Thingummy and she tracked one down and was holding it for me. I later found one for $20 and felt bad having to cancel my order. She fully understood. Stock and products are good ! Just felt the staff were like those doctors you meet in life that have no bed bed Side manner ! It’s a place you need things for loved ones who are disabled or ill so just being cheery could help I think ! Maybe a smile 😊
