Just received my first order of a 20 and 40 lb weighted vest from Northern Fitness. Price was reasonable and the quality is just right for a home gym. I've already made a second order for the nordic curl machine and a bench. I expect to be happy with those too. Thank you!
Awful experience. Orders kept getting delayed, responses are slow. Orders werent fulfilled and products were damaged on unboxing. Tried asking for a replacement or refund and just getting a response takes forever. The worst experience i've ever had and I usually don't write reviews.
Extremely disappointing customer service experience with Kierra. I reached out regarding a problem with my order and, despite multiple attempts to get help, I received no meaningful resolution. The way my case was handled left me feeling ignored and completely unsupported as a customer. I was looking at purchasing some kettlebells so that I can begin some kettlebell workouts after watching some videos from Pavel. I read some mixed reviews regarding Northern Fitness. But I am quite happy with my online and pick up in Mississauga experience. I was sent an email along with precise instructions & directions on where to pick up my order a few days after I have placed my order.
