I’ve bought multiple equipments from here and the communication I get from this company is such a disappointment. I can’t believe I receive worse and worse service the more I buy from here. From lack of updates on equipment arriving, to stright up inability to talk to a human. I have received incorrect equipments last week and I can’t get a hold of a person that would respond to my email today.
I am currently putting together my home gym. I have ordered twice from NF since last month. Both times no issues. The gentlemen were even nice enough to load my SUV for me. From ordering online to FAST processing and pickup. NF will always be my first choice! I will be visiting their showroom to hopefully complete my gym.
Bought a power block expansion kit. Great price and fast delivery. 5 stars well deserved!
Orders don’t get delivered in time! Waiting for the product to get delivered since Feb 8th..!
My delivery was days late and when it got here and I opened my package, the weights and box it came in left my workout room smelling like cigarettes.. no one in my household smokes. My guess is Sydney, the driver, was smoking on route(?). It took me 2 days to air out my workout room. I’ve emailed and haven’t received a response. First and last time making a purchase from this company. Extremely disappointing.
