I'm a little disappointed with my order, i got what i need but not without a few problems. So to start with the good, when i contacted customer service with a question regarding billing, they were reasonably quick to respond and very helpful. The prices are also reasonable. Terrible customer service, terrible support, terrible delivery. Skip them, buy from somewhere else.
First time customer and was excited to upgrade some equipment. Was i wrong! Shipping was slow and two items were damaged and this is where the nightmare starts. Asking me for pictures after pictures, then videos. Asked to repack as it was received with all the packaging lining up with the damages so they can do an investigation.
