they came and did an inspection on our lifts and charged $600 which is fine. but then they never came back to do the repairs like they promised. seems shady.

I have left numerous messages to set up a time to finish our lifts and hardly ever got a call back. When I did get ahold of Alex I get an excuse and that he will get the correct cables ordered and the install done and call me when he is ready. We have been waiting for over a year to finish the job that we have already paid for, we paid on 9-16-2024 to be exact. Alex, thank you for your honest advice over the phone today regarding how to fix my VSG lift stuck in the up position and offer to send help. Much appreciated! I fixed it this evening; you were correct it was a stretched cable that needed attention. All good now!

Bought a travel trailer from this person and they omitted that it is TOTALED and therefore uninsurable. Shady business practices, beware!

SHOWED UP EARLY ON THE DAY HE WAS SUPPOSED TOO ,THEY WERE IN AND OUT , MOVED 5 LIFTS , LEFT NO MESS BEHIND EVERYTHING WORKING PERFECT. WOULD USE THEM AGAIN NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
