We had a wonderful experience with the home care service provided for my brother after his recent surgery. The caregiver Louis Marie was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout his stay. He made sure my brother was comfortable, helped and maintained a reassuring attitude. He genuinely cares and is very patient. He took the time to listen, offered support when needed, and handled everything with a calm and respectful approach. Updated: Similar to another reviewer, our experience was very positive initially but terrible the second time around (it was impossible to get anyone to reply to our multiple calls despite promises the coordinator would get back to us). After a week of trying we had to open a file elsewhere. I would not recommend Equinoxe as they are not consistent in their service. So far we had one short experience with equinoxe which was highly positive. We’d definitely call on them again when needed.
