I came to Montreal for bi-lateral knee surgery at the Pathway Surgery in the Westmont Square. In order for me to be discharged I needed to have someone to help me out with this and Pathway directed me to Equinoxe Head of Care Management Jana Louis. Jana was very responsive to my emails and set me up with a nurse for my discharge. Ravneet, the nurse Jana sent had arrived 15 minutes early to make sure we had everything to be discharged and leave with.
