Excellent!
I received excellent service from Equinoxe that helped me recover from major surgery. Saida picked me up when I was discharged after my surgery and took care of me. Dawn and Lucilda, two highly professional, experienced caregivers, took care of me for several days and nights. Lucilda accompanied me to the airport, helping me get checked in, not leaving until someone from Air Canada's disability service came with a wheelchair. I highly appreciate the help provided by Equinoxe and recommend their service.
Very nice staff, they really have their clients interest at heart and they make you feel like family.
Notre expérience avec Equinoxe a été fort positive au début ( septembre et octobre) alors que notre père était en mesure de rester à la maison, nous avons eu une personne exceptionnelle pour le (nous) soutenir.Tout est devenu extrêmement difficile lorsqu’il a été hospitalisé au mois d’octobre : au retour d’un séjour à l’hôpital nous avons eu une personne pour la nuit, cette personne n’a pas été en mesure de le superviser et a même appelé une de nous à la maison à 10 h 30 le soir pour qu’elle vienne s’en occuper.
