Partnering with Coach Keith Hyland at Equinox has been the best thing I could have done for myself. Keith Hyland is my trainer at Equinox; and, candidly, I don’t have enough adjectives to praise how great of a job he’s doing. In just a handful of sessions, I’ve made tremendous progress with my fitness and I am so proud of the work we’ve done together. Keith fosters a positive environment while maintaining accountability not just for the workout sessions themselves, but holistically about each aspect of what health and fitness require - from hydration/nutrition to cardio. I cannot recommend Keith’s services enough.
