This is my favorite gym to go to i love the staff they're always so friendly one of the best places to go and relax a lot of the gyms on long island have been getting over crowded at times i enjoy the lighter atmosphere its less stressful and overall worth the premium over other gyms i highly recommend this place if you can afford it

I don’t understand why they allow this lady to take all of the towels and lay down massaging herself for hours it’s so odd and takes up so much space like mind you we pay so much money every month and theres the tables with the mats on it for a reason where you can massage yourself it’s always packed on the mat and her doing this every day does not help at all lol it’s crazy it’s happened since I’ve been here for a year
Very nice and clean gym, Steam room is very well kept, went there today on a guest pass and the staff were polite and charismatic.
