I did personal training with Ben woo who was very knowledgeable and results driven. He taught me helpful breathing exercises to strengthen my core and improved my form in many exercises like push ups and pull ups. He gives very realistic goals and helps you achieve them in a sustainable way. Highly recommend!!
Decent and clean gym with decent amenities :) great variety of classes, and really good coaches!
THIS IS NOT A LUXURY GYM, despite its decor. They will overcharge for what you get, by a significant margin. Sales Contract said second month free, it wasn't. Sales Contract said would proved two months free locker, didn't, Sales contract said $283 per month, recently took $375 without any additional invoice (I suspect my free locker rolled over to paid). Fancy gym and amenities, but it’s overcrowded on regular hours, classes get fully booked, so you have to be eying the app and hope there’s a spot for your desired schedule. The equipments are always busy and you have to constantly find a spot that’s free. For the asking price of 280, you’d expect everything to be top notch compared to cheaper gyms. Machines is showing its age as well. I tried to convince myself it’s worth the cost but actually I should just save the money 😇
