I had the honour of teaming up with Amanda and her team at Equinox to provide counselling services to vulnerable populations. Amanda proved to be compassionate, warm, and humble while providing an exceptional program and service. I enjoyed (actually!) problem solving and brainstorming ideas with Amanda. Amanda is a very kind person, and a skilled professional.

Since 2012, Equinox Therapeutic And Consulting Services has run Making Strides, an animal assisted therapy program for Edmonton's city-centre residents. Everyone should have access to mental wellness supports, and Making Strides ensures therapy is consistently available to Edmontonians, even as they navigate challenges such as houselessness, the opioid crisis, and COVID-19. Equinox Therapeutic And Consulting Services has my highest recommendation.
