I had Luther install a patio cover and is was off center and crooked just like this contractor. He explained that the cover wasn’t long enough to cover the patio and that’s s why it couldn’t be centered and when asked to fix it they said no and that I needed to pay them and when I explained that I wanted it fixed he went ahead and said that they would just put a lien on my house worst contractors ever DO NOT EVER HIRE THESE CLOWNS!!!!!!!!
Equinox pergolas are great. Quality materials, quality installation and great performance....installation was almost three years ago. Only issue is the drains overflow on the corners when rain is heavy. It is usually not an issue but something that should be addressed for future. However, I would install again....great product and maintenance free.
Luther and his crew are amazing! The equinox product sells itself! Luther and his crew worked at a great pace to complete my project. The installer is hands down the man when it comes to installation, he worked quickly and safely and my install is perfect! Highly recommended!!!
We have had our Equinox for approximately for one year and it has been cycled not over 20 times. We have a large cover so that there are two separate louvered systems. We have had our installer back several times because the mechanisms has not been reliable. We love the concept but are very skeptical that this is going to be something that isn't going to give us the pleasure we had anticipated. I have just written to Equinox about our problem and are anticipating an answer from them for a permanent fix.
