The best fitness club in Fairfield County! Equinox is extremely clean and all the trainers, especially in the Pilates department are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend the Pilates mat classes and private Studio Pilates sessions!!!
The best Equinox in CT! SO welcoming and helpful. The staff is always so friendly from the moment you walk in until the time you leave. I love doing my out work outs or taking one of the many classes they offer. All the instructors are top notch and make the classes so engaging! I feel like I always get an adequate workout when taking classes. The steam sauna and showers feel luxurious. There is never a musty, heavy odor that some gyms have.
