The gym itself is nice and this post is mostly about an instructor. The gym is a bit dated. I like the classes but sometimes you will come across instructors which make you rethink your membership. Ian Cahir will close the door if you are 1 minute late as he has a “5 min cutoff” which is not mentioned anywhere. The kicker is the entire room full of mats is more than half empty! Awesome gym with friendly, helpful staff. Everyone is lovely here.
