I had my first personal training session with Taylor, and she was amazing! She takes the time to get to know you as a person, understand your goals, and tailor the session to you. A family member had a valuable watch and bracelet stolen out of his locker from this location. Exercise caution.
Started here in July to get away from the gym influencers and tripods (no shade just wasnt my scene) and I am taking full advantage of what all they have to offer! Free personal training, (ASK FOR STEVEN) free group classes included along with an amazing steam-room to complete your workouts. JOIN
One of the standout people at Equinox is Steven Colome! He's an incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable trainer/coach who brings both expertise and genuine enthusiasm to what he does. His background in boxing is especially impressive (former Olympian!), and it's clear that he knows his craft. I've always enjoyed our conversations and appreciate his positive energy and approachable personality. He's a real asset to the Equinox team!
I train with Steven he’s the best!
