Promised help in a mental health matter, staff were hesitant due to the amount of paperwork required. Unprofessional.
Psychologist seems fine, the service from staff behind counter could do with some improving, wasn't very helpful.
UNACCEPTABLE & UNSUPPORTIVE. No care or empathy within their practice or approach. Please think twice before using their "services". I wish I'd read the reviews before using them!
