I recently had a wonderful experience at Equinox. Tim, the sales advisor, was incredibly enthusiastic, personable, and helpful throughout the entire process. He made me feel very welcomed and genuinely excited to become part of the Equinox community. The front desk staff was also lovely and welcoming.
