So far they’re doing a good job on remodeling the units. There's work to be done on the outside like there's no parking in the front, the paid parking is completely a mess absolutely no space to drive in and no assigned parking and no covered assign parking. Overall progress on upgrading has been a long process. Remodeling still in progress and there’s needs to be another garbage bin on the other side. Overall Paragon has done major improvements and upgrades. Still needs assigned and covered parking.
Well it took 4 days but we did it. We made it to Arizona thank you everybody who helped me and thank you to everybody that didn’t help me. Buy to cold weather.
I I really love living here but you need to get the roach problem under control! I was getting treatments and they were almost gone and then he said he was done and the rest would die off. But almost a year later and there’s still roaches scurrying around and slowly getting worse. I think they’re coming from other vacant apartments nearby. I have clutter but I’m not a nasty filthy dirty person. Never had roaches before since starting renting way back in the 80’s.
