clean and seems to be a nice complex with nice people
Update from previous 6-2022.Owners have done some improvements.The maintenance staff is fantastic.Continued problems with some residents have always had to be dealt with through legal channels. No transparency with management.No communication with management and the security company.
THIS PLACE IS HAUNTED!!! Someone here is crazy and processed. He sings every night at 3 am. That’s not a voice could possibly be produced by human. That’s a demon voice!!! If you want to hear someone singing—not in their own apartment, but on their balcony—at every hour of the early morning, welcome! The guy has literally been singing from 1 a.m. to 7 a.m. You may experience the worst voice of your whole life; he sounds like someone is cutting off his fingers. Horrible!
