Equinox is incomparable to any other gym I’ve ever gone to. The atmosphere, and staff make you actually want to go to the gym. Never once has the front desk staff not said hello, or goodbye, the trainers always acknowledge you on the floor and say hello even if you’re working out on your own. The cold towels are the best :) The steam room, the showers and the locker rooms are all immaculate. Machines are never broken and the gym is always extremely clean. I'm giving this Equinox location 5 stars only because of my incredible trainer, Natalie Pompi. She’s been an essential part of my fitness journey and has helped me exceed my goals leading up to my wedding—I truly can't recommend her enough! As for the gym itself, it's decent, but there are a few drawbacks. The membership fees have increased significantly over the past couple of years, which feels hard to justify given the overall experience.
