I was inquiring about a membership, and was welcomed very kindly. Abigail offered me a tour around the facilities and a free session. The gym was bright, spacious, modern, stylish and utterly immaculate, with numerous thoughtful details - massage guns/rollers, facial/body cleanser/cream, razors, shaving cream, shampoo, conditioner, etc. - that made the experience very luxury. I’m disappointed in the way this gym handled my membership after being hit by a car and sustaining injuries that required a temporary pause from physical activity, I reached out to request a medical freeze on my membership. I provided a valid doctor’s note and followed the proper procedures — only to have my membership abruptly cancelled.
