Great location! Grace was amazing and the pool and steam room sold me. 10/10
Inhumane experience. Ironically, they spam my inbox with endless invitation emails begging me to join, yet they lack the basic human decency to let me use the restroom in an emergency. I stopped by this location around 8:50 AM. Even though I was polite and well-dressed, the front desk strictly refused to let me in, stating it is "members-only." The receptionist told me to go to a business next door, but it was closed, and there were no other open places nearby at that hour. Zero empathy and terrible neighbor relation.
Ugh. Good equipment, but the trainers and management are pushy about scheduling unwanted and unasked for training sessions. Be warned.
If you go to classes routinely it’s worth it but outside of that it’s overpriced. Classes have a ton of limitations which can make it hard for people with disabilities impacting day-to-day performance. Overcrowded, especially during hours people typically go to the gym. You can go super late at night but then they’re closing down the locker rooms. Weight racks are rarely available in the evenings to the point that crowding makes it unsafe to exercise.
