I’ve been a member since 2018. For years, my membership was paid consistently without issue. Recently, I was informed that my original rate cannot be honored and that I would need to return at $265/month. The rationale given was simply that my original rate was “too long ago” to reinstate. Clea, bright, open facility with a great staff. Was fortunate enough to interact with Cassie a few times as it was my first time in an Equinox. Highly recommend! Amazing interaction with Cassie was the cherry on top of an already pleasant visit while I was in town.
please please PLEASE turn off the gym music for the sound meditations. This wonderful class is a big reason people sign up and it gets ruined by the boots and cats beats on the speakers!!
The benefit of this gym is that it doesn’t get as crowded right way. Also the steam room is not packed all the time. The main reason I left 24 hour fitness. For the classes they offer and state of the art customer service, it’s worth trying.
