Instructors are exceptional: 5 stars!!! The facilities are on par with LOW cost clubs. Some equipment needs replacement: eg 50% of spin bikes routinely DO NOT work properly.
I do personal training with Madi D and ADORE her! She pushes and motivates me while keeping the workouts fun. If you have an opportunity to train with Madi do not miss it!! The gym itself is clean, staff are friendly, and the coaches are constantly walking around, re-racking weights, and available if you have questions.
I came this morning to try the gym for the first time and was not allowed inside because there was no manager present. I even offered to pay for a one-day pass, but that was rejected as well. I’ve never had such a bad experience — usually when you visit a new gym, you are welcomed and encouraged to join, not turned away.
