I ended my Equinox membership because of how Liz Glorioso, the assistant general manager at this location, handled an extremely difficult situation. I have never in my life written a bad review before, but this was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. For a gym charging $265 per month and marketing itself as a luxury fitness club, the value simply isn’t there. The biggest issue is that management doesn’t seem to listen to member feedback or invest in improvements that would meaningfully enhance the experience. Closing at 6:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays is absurd. Many professionals work all week and rely on weekend evenings to work out.
