I’ve always wanted to try Equinox and was excited to visit while in town since there isn’t one where I live. I booked a tour online which I assumed (incorrectly) was a day pass. I got an email asking if I actually booked it, not warm, seemingly annoyed. Confused, I called to ask about guest passes, both the tone of both the email and the phone interaction felt unwelcoming.
