Rude staff and lie to the customers
Good location, gym is cleanly, nice equipment
Steam room isn't setup so you can lean back against the wall. Imo it's not as busy as Greenwich location which is nice.
The front desk team at Equinox High Line is incredibly warm, professional, and efficient. They handled everything smoothly and made the process seamless. Their expertise and positive attitude really stood out. Highly recommend this location!
