Bought just under a year ago and am so disappointed in this investment. The rental portion of Equinox is so much nicer and well taken care of. The management/ hoa company is a joke. There is trash piling up and the dumpster, litter and cigarette butts everywhere, pet waste on the side walks, and children vandalizing and damaging personal property. I brought this to the management companies attention and was told it’s not their problem. The “gated community” is not gated. Can’t wait to sell and get away from this nightmare.
