This is one of the worst gyms in Fairfield County. Countless times no hot water and the staff doesn't even put up signs and we have had to shower in freezing cold water now 2 days in a row. This is not the first time this has happened. Most of the equipment has not been updated for over 10 years. If you're comfortable with staff and trainers sharing your personal information among themselves—and even with other members—then this is the place for you. Otherwise, steer clear. Toxic doesn’t even begin to describe it.
