The front desk is great and the gym itself is fine but it’s almost as if the gym tried to assemble a squad of the world’s most incompetent people for their billing department. After billing me twice for the same month, I called five separate times and spoke with five separate idiots who could not fix the situation. Antonio Vidal is an excellent personal trainer. He is professional, attentive, and genuinely great at what he does.
