My favorite Equinox in NYC - cool layout in an old manufacturing building from 1873…! Friendly staff, cool crowd of people, clean workout areas and locker rooms, and a lot of space to get your workout in
If you haven’t yet you should absolutely sign up for a training sessions with Monte! He will teach you new workout techniques and help you perfect your routine!
Love this gym! The temp could be a little colder but it’s clean & functional.

Heyyy so hear me out, I am a huge believer that the people make the place and when I went to tour this location my theory was proven right yet again.
