We already know it’s overpriced. But I feel like it’s a luxury I’m willing to pay. As long as I can make it 3-4 times a week it’s worth it. I will say it’s a little on the hotter side inside the gym idk maybe it’s just me
terrible customer service
Front desk staff provided misleading info and was not helpful at all. Especially when I called ahead and made sure they could help at Berkeley location. Instead, they redirect me to either process online or go to San Ramon location.
Really Nice gym and always very clean! Had done my training with Hana and she was very informative and helpful as I’m moving and will be transferring to another Equinox! Would recommend her as a female trainer!
