This review is overdue! I’ve been a member at Equinox for several years and wasn’t interested in a trainer until someone told me about Ariel Hau. She’s awesome, very knowledgeable, patient, sweet and very professional who will always greet you with a gregarious smile. I was impressed by her in so many ways as a young trainer. I’ve had other trainers at other gyms who wouldn’t listen and who pushed me at times to cause an injury. I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience at Equinox was amazing, especially thanks to my personal trainer, Ariel. I trained with her for 3–4 months, and she made the entire process less intimidating and helped me build a routine I could actually stick to. She took the time to understand my goals and lifestyle and created a workout plan tailored specifically to me.
