I’ve been a member here a while and met wonderful people here and the front desk has always been courteous. It’s very clean and people are respectful if you ask them to share machines as it’s a smaller gym. I do want to share a big con for me is that I’ve forgotten a few things over the years at the gym as I’m human and that happens. And not once has anything been turned into lost and found. This gym could be much better if they managed the personal trainers properly. The personal trainers often block walkways and occupy equipment for 20 minutes at a time, making it hard for regular members to complete their workouts on schedule. It feels like they prioritize personal training sessions over the rest of the gym members.
Love my gym; have been a member since the year they opened, however quality of customer service by front desk is inconsistent based on the constant rotation of new local students needing a part time job. Mean while rates continue to go up. Downgraded to 3 stars
Website and online says they offer day passes. Front desk said they do not when I showed up. Not sure where the discrepancy is…..
We already know it’s overpriced. But I feel like it’s a luxury I’m willing to pay. As long as I can make it 3-4 times a week it’s worth it. I will say it’s a little on the hotter side inside the gym idk maybe it’s just me
