Comparisons to other equinox's: it's in a mall and the space feels like it, but it is well equipped weight wise for the space. The locker rooms are 'bring your own lock' which feels 20 years out of date. The steam room was being renovated it seems which is, of course, fine as things need maintenance but no signs up as to when to expect it back in order.

I’ve been a member at Equinox Aventura for 3 years, mainly because it’s the only gym near my office that offers 6:30am classes. The only real positives are the classes themselves (included in the $220/month membership), the gym is small but clean, parking is easy, and most of the front desk staff are friendly. That said, the customer service culture here is extremely disappointing. I have never felt heard. Been to other clubs they own. This one isn't the best, but still nice.

Very bad , horrible fraudulent behavior of staff, no soundproofing in yoga studio, very low professionalism in every aspect. Would definitely not recommend. After I request cancellation they kept charging me for 3 months and blamed me when I realized they do that I didn’t follow their procedures to cancel . Cheap frauds basically.
