Causing my nightmare day to continue for 5 months My horse was in a trail accident and his leg was broken. We trailered him to Dr. Vasquez who put him down. The horse was insured and I sent Dr. Vasquez the attending vet statement that needs to be notarized, per The Hartford and sent back so we can close the case.
